Plans and billing
What's free?
The free tools and guides need no account. A free account adds 5 Asks with Dash each calendar month, plus Compare and the Garage. The month resets at midnight Eastern time (America/New_York).
What does the $19.99/month plan include?
No monthly Ask cap, 40 photo reads a month for worksheets, reports and quotes, and the Garage's paid extras: daily value refreshes, monthly reports, receipt photos and the ownership-record PDF. A daily limit of 40 messages guards against abuse. Tax may apply.
How do I cancel?
On your Account page, in two taps. There's no retention call. Cancelling stops the next renewal; signing out or deleting the app does not cancel.
Is there a guarantee?
The $500 Potential Savings Guarantee applies only to a human service expressly marked eligible. It never applies to DrivrShield AI or the $19.99/month plan.
Using DrivrShield AI
Who is Dash?
Dash is the assistant inside DrivrShield AI. It answers questions, reads photos you send, and looks up facts such as recalls and crash ratings. Its answers are AI-generated and labeled that way.
Can it tell me whether to sign?
No. It explains what each part of a deal is and what to ask about it. It does not grade a specific deal, predict what a dealer will accept, negotiate, or tell you to sign.
Can it tell me a car is safe?
No. It explains recalls, history reports and repair quotes, but it never says a vehicle is safe to drive or that a symptom is harmless. That takes an inspection.
Which states does it cover?
DrivrShield AI works for buyers anywhere in the United States and uses the state saved on your account for tax and fee rules. Human Deal Analysis will open in Florida first.
Is there an app?
DrivrShield AI runs in your phone's browser, so it works at the dealership on any phone. You can add it to your home screen for one-tap access.
Privacy
Are my photos stored?
A photo you send in a chat is used to answer that message and isn't kept after it. Receipt and car photos you add to the Garage are stored until you delete them, with location data removed.
How long are chats kept?
Twelve months from each message, then they're deleted automatically. You can delete a chat, or your whole account, sooner.
Do you sell my data or use it for training?
We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising. Your content isn't used to train general AI models unless you separately opt in.
