Our commitment to your outcome, in writing. This page states what the DrivrShield Guarantee™ promises, how savings are measured, and how to claim a refund. 1. The promise
Human Deal Analysis: $49.99 (one-time). If our completed, guarantee-eligible analysis cannot identify at least $500 in Identified Potential Savings on your submitted deal, we refund the Human Deal Analysis fee you paid, in full, to the original payment method.
Every Human Deal Analysis bought on our website is guarantee-eligible, and its order page marks it “Guarantee-eligible” before you pay.
Identified Potential Savings means potential adjustments documented in the analysis: savings the analysis finds on the paperwork you submitted. The Guarantee is measured on what the analysis finds, not on whether a dealer accepts a proposal, and not on the outcome of any negotiation you do yourself.
This Guarantee:
- Is not insurance and does not pay you $500 in cash
- Does not guarantee that a dealer will accept any proposal or that you will achieve actual savings
- Does not apply to DrivrShield AI Pro (the $19.99 AI Subscription), DrivrShield AI Lite, the free Asks, Deal Pass, ordinary AI answers, or any service that was not expressly marked guarantee-eligible before you paid
- Does not require you to negotiate, buy a vehicle, prove actual loss, alter a review, or keep a refund confidential
Human Deal Analysis is performed by real people on the DrivrShield team, never by AI. It is not bundled with AI months. Buying Human Deal Analysis does not by itself grant AI Subscription access.
2. How savings are measured
Savings are measured against your original submitted deal terms, as documented in the Human Report (or guarantee worksheet). Only supported, nonduplicative items count. Those categories include:
- Removable products you did not select: optional add-ons or packages on the proposal that you did not choose and that are removable as ordinary retail practice, using the proposal’s line amount
- Duplicate charges: the same charge appearing more than once for the same item
- Arithmetic issues: documented math errors in the proposal’s own figures
- Supported negotiable dealer charges: dealer-imposed fees or products (not government charges) that the report shows as commonly negotiable or removable, with assumptions disclosed in the report
- Comparable vehicle-price evidence you supply: a lower available price for a materially comparable vehicle, when you provide bona fide evidence (for example a dated competing written quote) and the report documents comparability
- Bona fide alternative financing you supply: on materially comparable amount financed, term, and vehicle; counted once without double-counting the same principal through both price and financing math
Not counted (examples): government taxes and fees; changing your down payment; unsupported trade-in guesses; unavailable incentives; speculative “market” numbers; stretching the loan term to make the payment look smaller; counting the same dollar twice.
Each dollar counts at most once. Unsupported items are excluded.
Threshold: If Identified Potential Savings are less than $500.00, you get a full refund of the eligible Human Deal Analysis fee. Exactly $500.00 or more does not trigger that under-$500 fee refund (and we still do not pay you $500 as a bonus).
3. How to claim
Email help@drivrshieldai.com within 14 days after we email you that your report is ready, with:
- Your account email and order or payment reference for the Human Deal Analysis
- A copy of (or clear reference to) the completed Human Report or guarantee worksheet
That’s the process: no forms, no hoops. If our analysis already finds less than $500 in Identified Potential Savings, we will tell you by email and refund the fee within 10 business days; you can still email us within the 14-day window if something looks wrong.
4. Processing
Approved Guarantee refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. “Business days” means Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays observed by DrivrShield. Your bank or card statement may take additional time to show the credit after we initiate it.
5. When the Guarantee doesn’t apply
- The Order was not expressly marked guarantee-eligible before payment
- Submissions that are materially inaccurate, illegible, or incomplete after a reasonable follow-up request (so analysis cannot be completed fairly)
- Fraud or misuse of the service
- DrivrShield AI Pro, DrivrShield AI Lite, the free Asks, Deal Pass, SMS, or ordinary AI output: never Guarantee-eligible
Separate from the Guarantee: unauthorized or duplicate charges, and services we fail to deliver, are always refunded in full (Terms §23). If a submission cannot be analyzed (illegible, incomplete after a follow-up request, or outside a state where the service is offered), the fee is refunded and no report is issued. We will not invent new barriers solely to defeat the Guarantee.
