How do I cancel?
If you subscribed in the iPhone app, Apple bills you: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then DrivrShield AI, then Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed on the website, sign in at www.drivrshieldai.com and open Account, then Cancel subscription. Either way you keep access through the period you already paid for.
I paid but the app still shows the free plan.
In the iPhone app, open Account, then Your plan, then Restore purchases, signed in to the same DrivrShield AI account and Apple ID you used to buy. If it still shows the free plan, email us from the address on your account and we'll fix it.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account, then Delete account, and confirm. It deletes your account, chats, uploaded documents and photos, your Garage and your notification settings. Deleting the account cancels a website subscription; a subscription billed by Apple has to be cancelled in iPhone Settings, because only Apple can stop Apple's billing.
How do I stop my messages going to the AI service?
Open Account, then Privacy & AI, then Withdraw consent. Dash asks again before your next message is sent.
Is Dash a person?
No. Dash is an AI assistant. It explains worksheets, fees, history reports and the facts about a car; it doesn't grade a deal, name a price to offer, or tell you a car is safe. For decisions with money or safety at stake, confirm with the dealer, lender, a mechanic or the source it cites.
How many free questions do I get?
Five Asks a month on the free plan, reset on the first of each month (Eastern time). The subscription has no monthly limit on Asks, a fair-use limit of 40 messages a day, and 40 document or photo reads a month.
