DrivrShield does not sell your personal information and does not share it for advertising. You can still give that instruction here: it is kept on your account when you are signed in, and in this browser when you are not. It changes nothing about how DrivrShield AI works today, and we will honor it if our practices ever change.
Your choice
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information, for money or for anything else of value.
- We do not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or for advertising targeted by your activity on other companies’ sites and apps.
- We do not use advertising identifiers, and we do not follow you across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not buy consumer profiles from data brokers.
Section 10 of the Privacy Policy says the same in full.
What we do send, and why it is not a sale
Running DrivrShield AI means sending some information to companies that work for us: hosting and storage, the AI services that power Dash, payments, email and notifications. Each receives only the information its job needs, under use, confidentiality, security and deletion restrictions.
To answer vehicle questions and run the Garage, our servers also send limited vehicle and location details, such as a VIN, a model or a ZIP code, to vehicle-data and market-data services. We do not send them your name, email address or account identifier.
None of this is a sale, and none of it is sharing for advertising. Section 9 of the Privacy Policy describes who receives what.
The Dealer Fee Index is separate. Dash asks before adding the dealer fees from your sheets to it, and those records do not include your name, your account, the vehicle, its VIN, your price or the day. This switch does not change your answer to that question.

- Turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat that signal as this choice, with nothing more for you to do, and when you are signed in we save it to your account.
- Email help@drivrshieldai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Privacy Request”, and we will record it for you.
Your other privacy rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to learn who has received it. Download my data and Delete account are on your Account page. For anything else, email help@drivrshieldai.com with the subject “Privacy Request”. We aim to respond within 45 days, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising a privacy right.
