Delete your DrivrShield AI account
DrivrShield AI is made by DrivrShield, LLC. You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time, in the app or on the website. It takes a minute and can’t be undone.
Delete it yourself
- In the DrivrShield AI app, on Android or iPhone: open Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
- On the website: sign in at www.drivrshieldai.com, open Account, then Delete account, and confirm.
- If you last signed in a while ago, we ask you to sign in again first, so nobody else can delete your account from an unattended phone.
- Want a copy first? Account, then Download my data, gives you a file with your account’s details, chats, deals and Garage. Your Garage photos, receipts and the PDFs kept with your chats are links in it that work for 7 days and stop working once the account is deleted, so save them before you delete. The photos kept with your deals and the files you sent with a Human Deal Analysis order aren’t in the file.
Can’t sign in?
- Email help@drivrshieldai.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.
- We confirm the request comes from the account’s owner and aim to reply within 45 days. Never send a password or a full card number.
What’s deleted
- Your account and sign-in, your settings, and the state, ZIP code and location details you saved.
- Your chats with Dash and the documents and photos you uploaded.
- Your deals: their worksheets, contracts and photos, notes, reminders and watch links.
- Your Garage: vehicles, VINs, photos, receipts, service log, odometer readings, valuations and monthly reports.
- The Dealer Fee Index entries your deals added, and the records of the Terms you accepted.
What’s kept, and for how long
- A record of the deletion request itself, as described for privacy-request records in our Privacy Policy (Sections 13 and 14).
- Subscription and transaction records, for as long as tax, refund, fraud or dispute requirements need them. Our payment processor keeps its own customer and transaction records under its own terms.
- Security and access logs, generally up to 12 months.
- Backup copies, for a limited recovery cycle. They are not restored to ordinary use after a valid deletion.
- Files already on your device, such as a data download or an ownership-record PDF, stay with you.
Deleting your account isn’t cancelling a store subscription
- A subscription you bought on our website is cancelled when you delete your account.
- A subscription billed by Google Play or Apple has to be cancelled in the store, because only the store can stop its billing. Cancel it first: Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions.
- Only want some data gone? You can delete a single chat, deal or Garage vehicle without deleting your account.
